Patricia Simer
Patricia Simer has been an integral part of the organization since the founding of the parent
corporation, Menger USA, in 2020. She transitioned into a full-time role in 2022 after serving as Executive Assistant for the Texas Veterinary Board. In her current role as Executive Team Manager, Patricia serves as the primary administrative and operational contact for the company’s sister organizations, supporting leadership and helping ensure seamless coordination across multiple operations. Known for wearing many hats, she plays a key role in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency in the companies’ day-to-day activities.
With more than a decade of administrative experience, Patricia brings a strong background in operational support, organizational management, and professional coordination. She previously served as Executive Director of the Munday Chamber of Commerce in Munday, Texas, where she gained extensive experience in event planning, meeting coordination, community engagement, and interagency collaboration. She also contributes to operational planning and coordination for major events at Circuit of the Americas, including the NASCAR Cup Series, MotoGP World Championship, and the Formula One United States Grand Prix, demonstrating her ability to support large-scale and high-profile operations. Her expertise in calendar management, operational oversight, and collaborative problem-solving makes her a valuable asset in keeping complex operations running smoothly.
