Service Description

Texas legislature requires all law enforcement agencies to conduct a thorough pre-employment background investigation prior to appointing an applicant as a Texas Peace Officer, Jailer or Telecommunicator. This course is designed to guide investigators through a proper process to satisfy TCOLE background requirements. Special terms: This discount is for the Alpine PD TCOLE#6023 Pre-employment Background Investigations course only. The 50% discount may not be used on any other courses. Special will run until the course is filled up. Registration credits for this course may be transferred to other officers to attend this course but may not transfer to other TCOLE#6023 courses. How to use the special: To use the special please send us an email at Training@MengerUsa.com Please include: -Names of all officers attending -Phone number, email, and PID for all attending officers -Point of contact information -Phone number, email for invoice -All invoices must be paid prior to the beginning of class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 5 days of registering are 100% refundable, unless the following restrictions apply: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled class begins. This gives others the opportunity to register for the class. If you have to cancel your class, and do so at least 5 days before the class, you may use the credit towards any future class. At any time after registering, or within 5 days of the course, you may transfer the registration to another person.
