Service Description
Who should attend: Sworn and non-sworn women in public safety, including corrections, fire, EMS, supervisors and emerging leaders preparing for advancement. Course Overview: This two-day leadership development course is designed specifically for women in law enforcement and public safety. Participants will engage in meaningful discussion, guided reflection, and practical leadership development focused on confidence, communication, resilience, and influence. This course strengthens leadership capacity while respecting the realities of public safety environments. Topics Covered: 1. Leadership vs. rank, defining personal leadership style 3. Confidence, command presence, and professional communication 3. Navigating difficult conversations and organizational challenges 4. Resilience, stress management, and emotional intelligence 5. Career advancement, mentorship, and leadership pathways 6. Inspiring and leading teams through influence and integrity 7. Developing your leadership action plan 8. Scenario-based leadership exercises Participants will gain insight into their strengths, build confidence and command presence, strengthen communication and influence skills, and leave with a personalized leadership development plan.

Cancellations within 5 days of registering are 100% refundable, unless the following restrictions apply: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled class begins. This gives others the opportunity to register for the class. If you have to cancel your class, and do so at least 5 days before the class, you may use the credit towards any future class. At any time after registering, or within 5 days of the course, you may transfer the registration to another person.
